Ariane Kemper is co-founder and COO of eGourmet Solutions, a leading frozen food logistics provider. Prior to this, she worked in marketing at Pfizer and at D’Arcy, Masius, Benton and Bowles. Ariane brings over two decades of combined experience in marketing, operations and strategic leadership. She holds her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University and an MBA from HEC Paris.

Vera Oh spearheads VOESH Corp. and glowoasis, two cutting-edge brands renowned for their commitment to clean, cruelty-free products. With a background in design and marketing, including roles at iLuv and Samsung, Vera brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to her ventures. She has a bachelor’s degree in industrial and product design from Ewha Women’s College.

Jason Morgan is originally from Nebraska. He moved to Japan and founded a successful online meat retail business. After selling it, he shifted to venture capital, focusing on small food and beverage company acquisitions. His market insights and consumer behavior knowledge make him a valuable advisor for Koya’s digital marketing team, enhancing their capabilities with his entrepreneurial drive and market expertise.
